WHO WE ARE
The KEY Community is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the military community and individuals seeking mentorship and job opportunities. Leveraging the expertise of over 200 experienced professionals from more than 100 organizations, we offer career mentoring, networking opportunities, and job opportunities. Our initiatives include 10-15 monthly virtual workshops led by experienced professional across different industries, monthly virtual workshops, bimonthly virtual career connect, in-person and virtual job fairs, and a bi-annual convention featuring workshops, panels, and a job fair. Additionally, we operate social chapters in various cities to facilitate in-person networking.
The KEY Community was established in February 2021, driven by the vision to enact positive change on a global scale across various communities.

KEY Mentor Group
An exclusive team within The KEY Community (Keep Elevating Yourself), made up of dedicated mentors selected to provide consistent support, guidance, and resources to help individuals in the military-connected and broader community grow personally and professionally.
KEY Social Chapters
Regular in-person networking events held in different cities and states to foster local connections.
KEY Virtual Workshops
Monthly, interactive online sessions hosted by industry professionals, designed to educate, empower, and equip the military-connected community, and the broader public, with practical tools for career and personal development. These workshops take place from 6:00PM-7:30PM CST on:
