A child growing up in the military community moves every 2 1/2 years of their lives, on average, from duty station to duty station. They leave best friends behind and have to start all over during their formative years.
This is an ongoing support group that creates a safe space for military dependents to share their thoughts and feelings while learning healthy ways two manage the challenges that arise in an environment of continuous change and ambiguity.
